We're a tight-knit, all-female team of bookkeepers, payroll specialists, and number-lovers based right here in Penticton. We chose this work because we genuinely love it.
Kandy Lehmann
Kandy opened Consider It Done in 2015 with over 16 years of experience in the financial industry and a simple goal: give business owners bookkeeping they can actually rely on. As a certified personal tax preparer and bookkeeper, she's managed clients across oil and energy, technology, festivals, and everything in between.
Her kind-hearted approach and dedication to every client relationship is what built CID's reputation as the most awarded bookkeeping firm in Penticton.
When she's not running the show, Kandy is all about the Okanagan lifestyle. You'll find her soaking up the sun, supporting local businesses, and dreaming up new ways to make CID even better.
Dawn Goerlitz
Dawn is a Penticton native with roots that run deep. She earned her Basic Accounting certification from Okanagan University College in 2014 and started her career at Penticton Accounting Centre in 2012, joining the CID family in 2020 when the two companies merged.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Dawn brings meticulous organization and a calm, steady presence to every client she works with.
Devoted mom of five grown kids, married for 22 years, and proud owner of a dog who genuinely believes he's part cat, part rabbit. When she's not immersed in her organized chaos of paperwork, Dawn loves camping, fishing, and cozying up by the fire on her back deck.
Tracy Gonzalez
Tracy joined CID in June 2019 and brought serious expertise with her. She's skilled in Sage, QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Caseware, and Taxprep, with an Accelerated Accounting Certification from CDI College. Her career in accounting started back in 2010 when she earned her Accounting and Payroll Diploma while balancing work and family.
She's dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client she works with.
Proud grandma of two, mom of three, and pet parent to one cat and two dogs. Tracy spends her free time on beaches, snowboarding down mountains (backwards, no less), and travelling the world in search of the best Italian food.
Kelly Campbell
Kelly joined CID in August 2022, bringing a Business Diploma from SAIT, 18 years of business management expertise, and 30 years of payroll experience. That depth of knowledge makes her an incredible resource for clients with complex payroll needs.
Outside the office, Kelly is all about the outdoors. You'll find her fishing, camping, quading, and keeping up with her three dogs who keep life interesting.
Glenda Monts
With over 35 years in bookkeeping, Glenda is one of the most experienced members of the CID team. She trained in Financial Management at BCIT and has worked for professional firms throughout her career, with deep expertise in both financial management and payroll.
Now semi-retired, Glenda stays engaged through seasonal part-time work at CID, bringing her decades of knowledge to clients who need it most.
Semi-retirement comes with its perks, including an annual retirement party that celebrates both past achievements and ongoing involvement. Not a bad deal.
Taylor Davy
Taylor is CID's newest team member, a Summerland native who recently graduated with an honours diploma in bookkeeping. She brings fresh energy, sharp skills, and a genuine passion for numbers to everything she does.
When she's not crunching numbers, Taylor is out hiking, kayaking, tending her garden, or cooking up something delicious. She's equal parts creative and analytical, which makes her a perfect fit for the CID team.
